Anthony Lopez is a second-year student at Los Angeles Valley College majoring in Broadcasting Journalism. With quite a few Journalism classes under his belt, he wanted to become a member of The Valley Star in the Spring of 2021.

As a resident of Van Nuys, Lopez has spent the last few years at Valley earning credits and achieving high remarks in hopes of transferring to a four-year university. USC or CSUN preferably. He is a die-hard Los Angeles sports fan and supports LA based teams such as the Dodgers, Lakers, Rams, Galaxy, and Kings.

Lopez’s expertise focuses on sports, opinion-pieces, and pop-culture.

In his free time, Anthony loves to run and workout, read, have fun with his dog Elvis, and most importantly play and watch Basketball.
